What does managed security cost?
Billing is per monitored device or server per month, plus a one-off onboarding fee. You get a transparent quote without multi-year minimum terms.
Does managed security replace our antivirus?
Modern EDR solutions replace classic antivirus and also detect attacks that do not use known malware. The difference is in the follow-up: an alert only helps if someone acts on it – that is what we do.
What happens with an alert at night or on weekends?
Critical alerts are contained automatically (e.g. isolating the device) and reported to us and your contacts according to the agreed escalation plan. Response times are defined in the SLA.
