TSBSec is growing. We are looking for people who see IT security not as a checklist but as a craft – thorough, curious and focused on what really matters to the customer.

We currently have no advertised position. We always welcome unsolicited applications for the following profiles:
Penetration Tester (m/f/d)
Web, infrastructure, cloud – with OSCP, PNPT or comparable hands-on experience.
Security Consultant ISMS / NIS2 (m/f/d)
ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2 – ideally with audit experience.
Security Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
Microsoft 365, networking, EDR, backup – you harden and operate.
Working student IT security
From the third semester of computer science or comparable – in Kiel or remote.

Technical interview with a small practical task
