Questions about this service
How long is a training session?
The basic session for all employees takes 60 to 90 minutes. Specialist training for management or IT administration takes half a day. Large workforces are split into several groups.
Are employees exposed in phishing simulations?
No. Results are evaluated anonymously at team level only. The goal is learning, not control – we agree the approach with you and, where applicable, the works council in advance.
Is one training per year enough?
As evidence, yes; for effect, no. Short, regular impulses – simulations, micro-trainings – reduce click rates far more than a single annual session.
