Accessibility statement

Our commitment

TSB Top Sec Bau GmbH strives to make its website tsbsec.de accessible. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, and the German Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).

What we have implemented

  • Semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks and a skip link to the content
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus
  • Sufficient colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for body text)
  • Scalable fonts and responsive layout up to 400 % zoom
  • Labelled form fields, status messages as a live region
  • Reduced animations when requested by the operating system (prefers-reduced-motion)
  • Alternative text for informative graphics; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers

Known limitations

  • The sample report (PDF) is not yet fully tagged as an accessible PDF (PDF/UA).
  • Some illustrations convey mood rather than information and therefore carry no description.

We are working on improving these points.

Enforcement procedure

This website is aimed at businesses. The conciliation procedures under the German Disability Equality Act intended for public bodies do not apply here; we nevertheless take reports seriously and remove barriers promptly.
